Saved chord progressions, groove patterns, and app preferences are stored locally on your device only. New Session Studios does not receive, store, or share this information.

Chord Groove keeps permissions to a minimum and is designed to work offline.
Android
In the Android release build, Chord Groove does not request internet access, network state access, microphone access, camera access, location access, contacts access, photo/media access, external storage access, foreground service access, overlay access, vibration access, or advertising/tracking identifiers.
Saved chord progressions, groove patterns, and app preferences are stored locally on your device only.
iOS
On iOS, Chord Groove does not request access to the microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos, media library, local network, Bluetooth, or app tracking permissions.
The app does not ask for permission to track you across apps or websites.
Audio Playback
Chord Groove plays audio locally using bundled sound files to help users practise chord progressions and grooves. The app does not record, capture, upload, or transmit audio.
Third-Party Services
Chord Groove does not use third-party services or SDKs that collect, process, or share user data.
